Design of LED Panel Light:

LED panel lights are constructed for better illumination conditions. LED panel lights are very light weighted aluminum frame which houses three layers. The frame is one of the most important part of LED panel light. This aluminum frame is designed to prevent light leakage. The layers inside include a diffuser, LED chips and a light guide plate. The diffuser is generally located at the front of the light guide plate. The function of diffuser is to distribute light evenly across the surface. Some LED panel lights are equipped with a heat sink system to absorb / distribute heat. There is also a reflector plate at the back of the LED guide plate. The LED guide plate is a type of optical material designed to offer bright and homogeneous lighting when connected to a power supply. The diffuser and guide plate work together to produce evenly wide, soft and distributed lighting. There is no flickering, humming or RF interference.
